We’re confident you’ll love your Creata purchase, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Creata is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your packing slip and return form.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please give your credit card or pay pal account 3-5 days to reflect any returns.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email at [email protected] or call 855-620-6500. To return your product(s), pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, remove all extra labels from the outside of the package, and mail to: Creata, Attn: Customer Service Return, Suite 400, 1801 South Meyers Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL, 60181 United States. Make sure to include your completed Return Authorization Form (found on your Packing Slip) in your return package.
Returns must be shipped using a prepaid shipping service. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that your return be shipped through a traceable service.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
